Well done! I did wk4r3 today and felt like I could go on! Can't wait for wk5 next week. I've been aching this week too. Are you doing stretches before and after? Keep up the good work
Yea, stretching before & after I'm sure it will ease off during my rest day. I hope I feel like that on my 3rd run this week. Good luck with wk5 next week, its great how our bodies adjust.
