I finally got round to giving this a go this week. I have been aimlessly doing 5Ks since graduating a month ago ish. I didn't realise how much I missed Laura and her advice and having some structure. OK I only managed 4K in the 30 minutes, but my challenge now is to increase that distance, not PBs on 5K. Not a fan of having to listen to their music. It's OK and the beat does help, but it's short of lyrics and not my choice at all. I'm afraid my running music is more Giorgio Moroder, Erasure, New Order etc.
A good programme, will do it agin today.

There's music for pleasure and there's music for running. Obviously sometimes that's the same music but not necessarily - and you clearly recognise that.
Thry are very good podcasts. You don't need to run them every time you go out, just fo them between your normal runs. If you like good tunes then sami murphy bridge to 10k is better. LOads of music and hours of running, all free☺
They are great, but I think they highlighted something. Laura's advice to kick your heels up made me work my thighs more than I am used to. They are still hurting a bit two days on. She has clearly corrected something. My music of preference is perfect for running, thanks for the advice anyway. I have so many playlists for various moods and occasions. My running ones are excellent in my opinion.
