Well by Jove I bloody well think I am! Did a week 4 run to test the hip and (touches wood) so far all is good....no adverse effects. 4 weeks on no running means I am determined to take it slow and get back to where I was. I can't tell you ( I don't need to!!!) how one run lifted my mood today, marvelous!!! Holidays soon and my goal is to enjoy running while we are away, had time to plan what I'm packing as my running stuff - that's a first eh? For others keeping the IC warm, keep the faith, you will get there :)

Ah thats really good news !

Isnt it marvellous to be off the couch and running pain -free ?

I know you will take it easy and not try and do too much , but I know you just want to go nuts and run your little legs off ha ha :-)

Really pleased for you , lets hope youve seen the last of the hip pain xxx

Great to hear Northernspirit! Don't go out great guns now, ease yourself back into it and you'll be back up to form in no time! And doubly great that you are fit to run on vacation!
