Well I didn't do it yesterday because it was raining and I was a wuss.
I set my alarm to get up at 7:30 this morning...but it didn't go off and I woke up at 9:45!
So off I went. "Map my run" didn't save it. When i tried to take my phone out of the new arm running holder thing, I pressed something and the C25K app said I hadn't done it so I had to sort that out manually lol. I had a longer warm down walk as a new route is actually taking me 4.02km - but I have found another one which is slightly down hill at the beginning and is just a tad over 5K so as the running builds I will switch to that one
BUT - I did do it - my mantra served me well - I hope it does on Monday when I do the first 20 mins run - Ive been taking it nice and steady and remembering all of the sage advice everyone has given me on here and it is seeing me through!
