Holiday running. .....

I have been away for a few days on the edge of civilisation :) The attached picture shows my favourite run location. Believe it or not, this beautiful beach was virtually empty all day. Being the first footprints on it at 7.40am all the way along (and back) was just bliss. Running is not only good for your heart - it's good for your soul :)

We were 'glamping' in a treehouse in East Lothian. I am very jealous of the 'regulars' in the area that get to be the only dog walker on the beach on a frequent basis!

I am guessing that is Bass Rock.

I remember a couple of school trips there to look at gannets and puffins! Looks like a lovely day.

I will be away for my week 5 & 6 to a location not dis simular to this ☺️ I bet the sun sand and sea made the run more pleasurable. Very little sun is something my body struggles with here in the uk

Yes - it was lovely. One of my runs was in the gorgeous Scottish drizzle though but holiday drizzle on a beautiful beach could not dampen the feeling :)

Of course!! First thing in the case :)

I'm mapping out routes. I think I can squeeze in a hill run, a beach run and a cliff run :)
