Right not happy half marathon in about two weeks and I just got pain in foot right foot on right side in about the middle does not hurt to touch or press just to walk on really sore so can't train any advice on what it might be peeps I

HM in two weeks? Your symptoms sounds like an urgent appointment at the physio or sports-aware doctor. You don't have the time to waste on internet diagnoses.
I'm not a physio but sounds like plantar fasciitis to me. I developed that last year and am still struggling with it.
