Just back from 1st run of week 9 and loved it was so keen to go on it was thinking of it all day ! How surprised I was to hear Julie again !! And even managed a sprint for last minute which was not asked for but made me feel better If all goes well I should graduate on Saturday !!

I miss Julie. I think I may download her again. I've been warming up to Week 6 for the last few weeks 'will you follow me into the sunshine ... we'll find some peace of mind'. It makes me smile and gets my legs moving before I slow down my cadence and get stuck into a longer run.
