Started W9R1 on Saturday, so completed R2 today ran 32 mins to make up for stopping for traffic on country lanes.

If everything goes well I should be completing R3 on Wednesday 😃😃😃 and then I'm not sure what to do!!!😐😐😐

Good luck with that I'm not far behind doing W9R1 tomorrow I am thinking of building towards park runs when I graduate and of course running just for the sake of it and with better music

I thought about parkrun but the nearest is 16miles away. So I might join the local running club, just so I've got other people to run with.

That's a shame I am really lucky and have several to choose from ! The local running club sounds a good alternative I am also going to try and do the Colour Run though I may have to travel a bit for that its 5K and they are hosted in many parts of the Country !
