Back in my stride

Second post injury run this evening. A week 2 run.

I even threw in an extra 90 second run at the end, as I was still pretty far from my finish point, just to test my pace and my strava app had my pace at 8 mins for a kilometre. So I know with a little patience and dedication the 30 minute 5k is obtainable. This is so worth it

Also good news health wise. My blood pressure has started to move in the right direction. So it's a win win situation all round.

Lovely skies tonight looking toward the hills in the distance.
