Couch to 5K


Hi all I should have been on week 3 today but due to flare up had 2 weeks off so got back out today and started back at week 1. Glad I got back out as was worried the excuses might have started to come out.

My question is does anyone here suffer and how do you cope through a flare up and wanting to run?
