Back up and running

Back up and running

All cleared for activity after what seems a lifetime on the IC.

Nice gentle introduction this morning. I did a W1 run and really enjoyed myself. It was amazing to think back only a few weeks and think how I struggled with this the first time, but this time it was so enjoyable and dare I say easy.

I plan to run a W2 run on Monday, then (if all goes well) a W3 on Wednesday.

That means I'll be back on track with week 4 for the weekend.

Meanwhile, the bike is out of storage as I have been recommended to try some low impact exercise to keep my calf muscles and tendons supple, to avoid a repeat injury.

Look out on the roads.
