Move on to run 3 and just take it very steady.

How hot is very hot?

I have had a similar challenge for Week 6 and 7 and ran on a treadmill for one run when the weather was hottest. We are not talking very hot - highest 30 degrees and not too humid . Otherwise I have run slower and early.

Did you not manage W6R2?

The forecast is for 21-23 tomorrow morning so if I can get up and out for 6.30 am it should be ok. Have now worked out a route ( nice and flat) . Based on everyone's advice I am planning to go for R3 but will take it slow. My " normal" run speed is not fast but at least I am running ! Thanks to all😊
