The pre and post run stretching must be the key to my knees not hurting at all this time! I'm not going to NOT do them just to prove my theory - but I am soooo relieved!

Looking forward to run 3 now!

I even ran past a load of school children, blowing like a whale and none of them said a word!

Also encountered a couple of dogs - who just looked at me like I was an alien, which made me giggle!

I know I am hooked now.

Bring on run 3 on Monday :)
