Another one down! The second five min run seemed easier tonight and I really noticed my breathing technique has improved and also that the walking in between seems to feel longer, I must be getting faster!! Threw a two min run in a t the end as well for good measure! Am so pleased with myself! Can't quite believe that this time next week I'll be running 20 mins flat 😬

Well done! Don't start to panic about the 20 minutes. You will be amazed. Good luck you can do this.
