Just completed the first run of Week 3 and am quite pleased. The last 30s of the 2nd 3 minute was a trial, but I guess it is supposed to be. I am also under 21stone for the first time in a year, so that must have helped.

Well done. I am only 1 week ahead of you but you will be surprised that very soon you will be running 5 minutes, and then more. Keep going, its worth it. And congratulations on the weight loss - great achievement
