Morning all. This morning was W4R1, I felt good during my run and kept up / breathing well / and a harder push for last 10 - 15 seconds. During my cool down walk (where you feel as light as a feather) :) I found my inner thighs aching. Is this normal? ;)

Yep. Aching is quite normal if you're new to exercise. Keep going slowly, and steadily. Have a rest day and you should be fine. Don't push too hard at the end on your next run if you still feel a bit achey. 10 - 15 seconds is usually ok and Laura tells you to push on if you feel you can

I've not had achy inner thighs but week 6/7 the front of my thighs were suddenly really sore immediately after a run. I now do the post running stretches recommended on the nhs site - they don't take long. 2 years ago I graduated from a different (much harder AND much longer - lose/lose!!) running plan only to end up in physio with a ruined hip. Was so frustrating. And expensive. Look after yourself.
