YEAH! Just completed my first 5K race and managed to do it in 38 minutes. So proud!! Never thought I would get this far when I first started. To anyone who has just started, keep at it. If I can do it, so can you x

Congratulations! I did a Race for Life a few years ago, although sadly did not continue with my running then - hence being on W7 of this amazing plan which has seen me discover a love for running I never had before. Its such a great cause and I loved the atmosphere. Heres hoping I get to do one again. Hope you enjoy a couple of well earned rest days now. Thanks for your words of encouragement.
