Just finished d3 of week 3 after a 5 day break in between. Still managed to do it. I think my formation is starting to come along. Looking forward to week 4. Is there any tips of what to eat aswell. As i am also needing to lose weight. Thank you.

Don't eat anything extra! You don't need to take food on board until you hit the long distance races such as marathons! You need to be in calorie deficit to lose weight bear in mind

If you stick to a healthy diet, cutting out the junk, and if you keep on running you will no doubt lose weight. You couldn't not!

I think you know what you should eat. HEALTHILY !

Good luck.. Get stuck into the running and healthy eating life and you'll never look back

Well done! It's great when it all starts coming together and you feel the benefits of regular running kicking in.

As for what to eat.. I agree with MW: healthy food. And lots of water. Get shot of the processed junk, alcohol and soda, and eat "proper" food. Why not experiment with new stuff - in other words, get out of your food comfort zone and try eating stuff (especially fruit and veg) you've never seen before?
