Just did run 2 of week 3! Well didn't manage the first 3 min round as it was up hill and nearly killed me 😩 but after that it was mainly flat so managed the next sets and added on a 2 min run at the end! Disappointed I didn't manage the first one as have done so well up to now! Need to plan my route better to avoid hills I think!

Well done! Hills can be a real pain can't they? Looking forward to getting stuck in to W3 myself on Saturday. Good luck with run 3 :)

The secret on hills is to pump the arms more and take shorter steps. They are difficult, but good for you in the long run.

Must admit I tried my best to avoid them until I graduated :-)
