wk3 done!

Finished week three yesterday, I might need to repeat it but I'll give week 4 a bash and see what happens. I found a really nice pace yesterday so if I can just find that again I'll be fine!! Registering for a 5k in June so should be finished C25k by then hopefully, just worried I'm going to be so slow and left behind by the people I'm running with!!

At least I'm hurting a bit less after runs now :)

No need to repeat unless you don't measure up to Laura! Give it a go and move ahead. You can always repeat if you don't manage it.

Getting that pace right is the secret, suggest you just start slower as it is very easy to set off quick and ruin your run.
