Too excited about starting Week 9 to wait til tomorrow (don't worry, yesterday was a rest day!) AND it's forecast to rain all day here on Tues and Weds so at 8.01 I shut the door and tackled R1.
And ran for 30 minutes!! Over the moon 😄
