I felt the same as you but I've just finished week 4 and it's not so bad.
Every week's a step up and although it seems an insurmountable challenge, trust Laura, take it slowly, you'll crack it and wonder why you were so worried about it.
You'll be fine Vicxy, just keep doing what youve been doing up to now.

Trust the program! No matter what Laura asked me to do, or how unready I thought I was for the next week, She was always right and I always managed it not to say it was easy mind you good luck and keep going, you're doing amazingly!
I know how you feel because this morning i finished week 3! I found it really hard and i was very slow but I didn't stop.
I am honestly dreading week 4. I can just about run for 3 minutes but running for 5 i really don't know if i can do it. But i remember feeling this way way i went from running 60 seconds to 90 and i did so hoping I'll manage.
