Couch to 5K

4.5 miles and rising

I'm really enjoying my running at the moment. I'm slow very slow and am gradually increasing my distance. I increased my weekly mileage from 10.2 to 11.1 so am hoping will be ready for the blaydon races in early june. Will hopefully increase it further next week. Hopefully i will make my longest run up to 5 miles. As well as the improving stats, I'm really enjoying the running itself i run through a lovely riverscape and it is just so invigorating and enjoyable.
