And I've done it

Well I have run the last run of week 9 this morning and I am so happy who would have thought I could do it. Me and my work friends have also booked to do a 5k colour run in June what a great achievement. I Have also encouraged 3 friends to start doing the couch to 5k as they are amazed with what I have done
