Ive just started the journey again today after a failed attempt in the summer. I got my new pushchair, strapped the little one in, and found my self jogging on and off for 40 mins whilst pushing a 2 stone toddler! My first attempt was horrific and really put me off, but decided to go for it today, and made a mini accomplishment, hope to make many more! Hope you all had a happy Sunday 👍

Hi, that's great you had a more positive experience.
It sounds as though you might be choosing another route into running/increased activity than the NHS C25K though - and there are of course lots of ways into it. There's nothing wrong with carrying on walking for longer after your C25K session but most people have a better chance of sustaining and improving their activity if they stick to the programme instead of approaching it in a more random fashion.
Obviously it can be a challenge to meet another's needs at the same time but some people have done the programme with a pushchair in front of them. Many of us only put one earbud in for safety anyway, so you'd still be able to hear and converse.
I'm in week 2 but I've been doing it on a treadmill in the garage. I think you have inspired me to try it outside this week with my pram and little one
