You should be feeling really proud of yourself right now - you're training to be able to run for 30 minutes so you might not be able to go as fast as you'd hoped now that the running time is getting longer; don't be disheartened .... Go slow and steady you are doing so well :)!
It wasn't for me until after graduation and started upping my miles that running for 25-30 mins became 'easy'. I still can't believe after struggling with 60 seconds that I'll be doing my first HM at the weekend and my 'easy' runs are 5k. It will happen! good luck with the rest of the programme.
Yes, I agree with Slookie, week 6 is a horror, you're doing well if you're coping with it! I also agree with Lovefood, 30 mins is just getting to be "easy" for me now, 3 or 4 weeks after graduation. Keep in mind how far you've come and keep at it!
