Hi is that 21 miles!!! Good for you and jealous - when do find the time to go out for over 3 hrs? I disappear for 2 and theres chaos when I get back! I have really got to manage my time better. I want to go out there for 3 hrs too! Looking at your watch with both envy and admiration! Go you Moger!

no carole thats 5k in 21.58 mins my longest run is 18 miles and that took 2hrs 40 mins i am trying to get a sub 20 min 5k , im training for a half marathon so every sunday for the last 5 wks i run a pratice one i think ive run about 5 now and have got two more to do before june 1st ,

Oh I see - I find it difficult to read those watches - I have a forerunner 10 and thankfully easier for me. 18 miles is brilliant. I am up to 20k and repeating this again later. Your 5ks are very fast. My 5k Saturday was 31 but I think I could get faster - just not sure how yet!. Good luck for your race on the 1st! wth all those practice runs you will have no problems ranking a good place! Let us know how you go

if you want to improve your 5k time try running 7k a couple of times you should see your times improve carole

Just got back from 23k - that was hard!! at 16k I had to stretch, right hip playing up. Garmin only showing 20 though.... bloody trees!!! very chuffed!!:)

Thanks!! 2hrs 39. Had 3 glasses of milk 1/2 a water melon and a hot bath- still chilly though. You never feel it when running but really cold now - had something to prove to myself now and now I have done it will concentrate on shorter stuff to improve speed. Thanks for the tip again. Shattered, how on earth do people run marathons???

its your body cooling you down i always get the shivers about 10 mins after and if i get in london i will let you know
