Thanks to all who answered my last question - now - how do I stop running like a baby elephant? No spring in my step at all

I need to find the answer to that too... I'm hoping the answer is just "time & experience". I've done the 3 week 1 runs and gravity just takes over and my foot thumps down onto the pavement in an undignified fashion.
Just googled it - short, light steps landing on mid foot and rolling forward to toe is the answer apparently! Will give it a go next time - I've just completed the first three of week one too, so maybe it is just a question of time before we look and feel like a pro!

Give it time folks. Just concentrate on getting round for now and worry about technique later. Laura will give you tips each week as you progress through the runs
