Couch to 5K


Just done the first run of week 6. I can't believe how much I am enjoying this. I usually do 3 spin classes a week, but haven't been lately,because it is sooo hot in the evenings when the classes take place. At least with running I can do it early in the morning when it is cooler. Using totally different muscles to spin, so a bit of a shock at first when my legs ached so much. Loving it and actually starting to think I will do it to week 9 and beyond. I know, smug or what?
