But seriously a number of good reasons: resting my leg which hasn't been right for weeks and feels mended now, it's too hot and can't get out early as I'm suffering with my lergy. Oh almost rhymes!! So graduation run a week last Sunday I've not so much as looked at my trainers, oh OK maybe a wistful glance as I'm stumbling to bed. How much sleep does one person need? I know I'm ill but I'm starting to dream of running in the coolness of the morning or night.
Oh well doc says I should be OK by end of week. I may try doing yoga DVD tomorrow as I'm feeling bit better.
Hope everyone is enjoying their running and not melting too much, talking of which time for more ice cream...it's medicinal y'know.

I had laryngitis a couple of weeks ago too - and was completely voiceless for 5 days! (My kids *loved* it!) I'd definitely recommend taking it easy until you're recovered - better to wait the extra few days until you're fully better than to try doing too much too soon and making recovery take a long time...
