Completed R3W9, my last run and feel great. 10k here I come

Had my final run and ran past maccas, hungry jacks, red rooster KFC and plenty of pizza shops and pubs and said to myself 'I have beaten you'....felt fantastic running past and seeing the overweight and drunken people. Thank You C25K for giving a goal to reach, this 48 year old's life is back on track

Congratulations, job well done, like your style already thinking about 10K You can't live in the UK thats for sure with all those fast food places grouped together. Why is it that the smell coming from them is so good but the food is so cr*p!! We haven't eaten from a fast food place in over 20 years. My hubby makes delicious burgers much better and at least we know what's gone into them.
