I'm sorry to hear that you are so unwell after your flu jab. Myself and my husband had ours on Wednesday and up until now we both have had a sore arm, but no other problems. I wonder if you have caught a cold, and it's nothing to do with your jab. There is a nasty cold doing the rounds at the moment, and apparently the cough could last for weeks. Maybe you should speak to your GP if your cough is getting worse. However, he probably won't prescribe any thing and will just tell you to take Paracetamols and plenty of warm drinks. Hope you feel better soon.
It's been 6 days and I am still very unwell.Maybe I had the bug before flu jab and by having both it bought it all out.I have read on Internet that it takes 2 weeks for flu jab to kick in and protect you.Looks like it too late for me I am sick of being like this now..😫🤒🤒
my husband was also very unwell with flu-like symptoms a couple of days after the jab. He took his rescue pack eventually but was unwell for a couple of weeks. Thankfully he is fine now again.
I do have a rescue pack but holding out at the moment as I am not coughing up anything unpleasant yet.I am coughing and it's in my head and ears and nose.I don't know what to do, I am taking paracetamol and I got vicks and lozenges.
