Are you referring to anxiety or your condition keeping you unable to get out of bed?

My copd seems to have got a whole lot worse in the past two weeks and I’m doing everything that I’ve been told to do my exercises my medications I just wonder if my sleep is effecting me as I only sleep about two to three hours a night very poor sleeping duff

Is it possible you are getting an infection? I’m the same as you regarding sleeping. Up peeing constantly. Rarely sleep more than 2-3 hrs straight. Can’t get into any comfortable positions.
