I am so sorry you are going through this. Has the new Dr tried to find the reason you are tired all the time.
When I complained to my Dr about being tired even after 8 hours sleep, he had me do a sleep study. Found out I have sleep apnea to go along with the emphysema and history of lung cancer, also my oxygen level was dropping into the 70's overnight. I now sleep with a CPAP machine every night.
