I'm wondering if anyone using stiolto respimat for 6 months or longer are still having positive results. Thanks for any responses.

I have been on Stiolto Respimat for 2 years now and it works as good as it did the 1st day. I do notice a little hoarseness though. I'm not sure if that is due to the Stiolto or the Emphysema.

Can anyone tell me more about this? I am on Symbicort & rescue & Spiriva. I am end stage, would be nice to find something I could work outside without my no going up & oxy going down so radically.

Thank you !

I have looked into pulmonex lung valves. I think it will be available in 2018. You can google it and get a lot of information.

My pulmonologist tried to shift me over to still loto. I was not able to do it. I needed the corticosteroid

I'm in the same fix with oxy going down & heart rate up when I do any strenuous chores. I get by pretty good with most .was going to try a concentrator for heavier chores. Please post me if you hear of any other meds that might work for us !

Thanks
