Well I think a lot depends on your level. If you only have mild or even moderate copd and you are not on oxygen I can't see your insurance being too expensive. It is different if you are more severe and/or you are on oxygen.

If you type in 'Travel insurance' in the search box at the top you will see other posts about this. There are also lots of previous posts on The British Lung Foundation site if you do the same there. You will have to 'follow' the site to see them. Good luck.

Hi,

Im also having trouble with Travel insurance . I am waiting to see a Cardiologist and we are travelling to Spain in September. When i go to get travel insurance they ask all the medical questions and as i have not been diagnosed they wont insure me . I doubt i will get results before i go on holiday so im stuck as saved all year and if for any reason i cannot go i will lose all our money. There must be insurance companies that will cover us but finding them when you don't know whats wrong seems impossible. I am being investigated for possible Angina but so fed up as the extra stress makes me feel worse. I hope you have sorted your insurance out and if you have any advice i would really appreciate it. All the best.
