Hi, I have this. It's a heamroid. When you do a poo they will push out then go back in afterwards. The other little thing hanging there looks like a skin tag from previous heamroid that has shrunk and burst. I'd would get doctor to double check though. My GP did. . It's looks exactly what I have.

I went to the doctor and they told me I have hemms and that they would never fully go away. The doctor told me they will only get small and painless or they turn into skin tags. It just really plays with my anxiety 🥲
