I had one of these last week. There really is no need to be nervous. You may be given sedation which will means you won't feel anything and it only takes 5 mins.
The most difficult part is the bowel prep but that is also straightforward although not particularly pleasant.

Thank you. Mine is in a few hours now! I’m more nervous about what they’ll find and everything tbh. But just trying to think past it. Thank you
