Thanks for posting. I believe you recently posted a photo of something that may have looked like a parasite or worm? Were you able to get that checked out?

Everyone is different, and some people spend a long time when making a bowel movement. However, there are medications, diet changes, and advice, like drinking more water, that can shorter the amount of time you are spending on the toilet.

There is additional pressure put on your anus from sitting for too long and it can lead to hemorrhoids developing.

Please keep us updated on if you've been able to see a doctor.
