I received a letter from my pain clinic today because I didn’t feel comfortable doing there online program because of anxiety and dont see how an online zoom meeting would even help.🤦🏻‍♂️

they said unfortunately other than self management there’s nothing their service has to offer and sent me a pain tool kit website 🤔🤦🏻‍♂️ what can i do now

im currently taking lamotrigine 200mg with butec patches 5mg
