I have this small red, slightly sore bump on my hand. There were 2 side by side which gradually went, now one is back and bigger. Any ideas what they are?

So sorry, ask your GP to refer you to a NHS Consultant Dermatologist:
CMT is a Neurological Disease, that due to a sufferer's defective myelin sheathing (leaking) , and causing the various muscle group's will ever so slowly waste away, due to the lack of a strong signal from the brain being received at the body's various muscle groups:

Do you wear a watch there? as after a while wearing one I have started to get a reaction and had to not wear one for a bit and put a cream on until they went, now I take my watch off every night which helps. Just a thought as you will know this more than me just thought I'd say.??
