Pip assessment

Hi my mum has got ptsd due to seeing someone getting stabbed to death infront of her and tried to kill herself last year, she can't leave house as she's terrible of seeing people,I need to go to her every day to make sure she eats and washes and give her her medicine, she has a pip assessment next week, she's ill through it , she's been getting high rate pip, I'm worried about her as it's knocking her ill , could someone give me advice, thanks
