Pain whilst asleep

When asleep I experience nerve pains in my arms and legs ...wonder if it's bad circulation ?

I used to have the same problem. My body was overloading with pain.

I had whiplash.

My doctor was treating me for restless leg syndrome but turned out I was potassium deficient. And i had had surgery for both feet. Foot deformity. Severe cramping. Also trigger point injections calmed down shooting pain radiating down arms. Its a process.

But you need to address each area of pain or you will end up with a sleep disorder even when pain is in remission.
