I give extra blood for research because I hope to be a recipiant of that research.

@jan Good on ya. Many of us who see CLL doctors engaged in research or with a lab end up giving more than the twice the blood vials needed for our own usual monitoring. That blood is used or banked and and helped in countless ways to better understand the disease. Thanks for being a volunteer.
