I occasionally get mild pain in my armpit and one side of my groin . Of course I automatically look for a lump or swelling but don't feel any . Just wondering what this might be or maybe it's nothing at all . Having CLL makes one question every little thing now 🙄

I get it too. I have SLL and assume the aches and pains are nodes pressing on other things. It usually comes and goes. I can feel some nodes on my right groin, but not as much in my armpits.
I'm that way too. And it worries me when they make their presence known. I have one on my neck too but it never hurts or throbs or anything like that.
Morning Yes I get them in my armpits and groin too. It comes and goes. With and without lumps. So lumps that go owww in the night 😂
Seldom, but I feel something like this too. First time I had the sensation, not really pain, more like a mild stinging, at least 10 years ago. Never felt a lump at the spot. So I just ignore it.
I believe that I too have "sensations" sometimes registering a little more like aches in all the areas where there is lymph node activity (underarms and near neck). Relatedly, I've wondered if it pushes against my chest on the left side and makes it feel like "heart-related" aches (which of course raises my anxiety). But, I'm only 48 and seem to be in decent cardiovascular shape in terms of exercise tolerance and treadmill/EKG results so I think it might be the lymph stuff that contributes to these sensations!
I have SLL and I get what I interpret as lymph node pain in my neck, underarms, chest and groin. It comes and goes. No big lumps but there are small hard ones. Currently on acalabrutinib. Had this pain before treatment when nodes were big and it never stopped even after nodes shrunk. Disconcerting for sure. The doctors and literauture say this kind of pain is unusual and rare but I beg to differ.
