Hi folks I have been diagnosed with CLL for two years now.I have been taking Ibrutinib for those two years . Just recently I have noticed some discomfort under my left rib cage/upper abdomen. Probably my spleen? Is this bad news?

Hum, well my spleen got really massive (over 10x normal) and I never felt a thing! So very individual
If mild discomfort, it is possible it is getting clogged up, so swelling. Let your specialist know. In all probability not urgent
Keep an eye on your Billi and LDH (both going too high) and HB (if going low). If you get your reticulocyte number (baby reds), check not high . If all these happen, you might be getting AIHA (spleen destroying the reds) - don't worry, many of us have had this and it can be controlled. If getting really bad, red count will be lowering too. Other signs of AIHA are yellow-ish eye-whites, grey pallor and yellow urine.
I would go to see my doctor and have it checked.
