I’m more than half way through my year on O&V and really can’t complain. Biggest issue is fatigue, now at the point where I find it difficult to motivate myself to get up if I don’t have to. So I make sure to have arrangements made which I then have to keep. Clever, eh ?😜.I continue to work part time, go for walks, meet up with friends and family, etc.
I’m wondering does anyone have useful tips for generating extra vitality, and/or will it go when treatment ends?
On a separate note, wondering how is Jerrysgirl doing? Jerrysgirl, if you read this this know that I’m sending yet more positive waves your way, as are we all. 🌷

Hi and Good morning 🌞Diagnosed several months ago on watch and wait with chronic CLL .
My biggest issue to date is fatigue.
Although this may sound odd by eating less calories per day (I don't eat breakfast)I actually feel like I've got more energy.
I do take pre workout drinks and drops (savage supplements UK is the best I've used) which helps for quick energy. I also take Shilijit (morning )and ambrosia (Bee Bread) as a go to snack again which helps massively.
Mindset is a big thing here too as some days I'm just on the cusp but I do convince myself just to get on with things (so a little list helps me with that ...just to tick off even the smallest of jobs is win whereas I could of easily stayed on the settee).
To enable my best chance I believe rest and recouping energy is vital so I take whatever I need to get to sleep and remove all the stress I can from my day / life and mind. I truly believe this is a key to recovery from anything.
Hydration plays a major part for myself too so I do drink enough water and of course freshly ground coffee to keep going.
I start treatment in April 24 so I'll let you know if I feel any different then. Good luck my friend, Gary
