Why are you so petrified Ruthy? What are you fearing it is? Does it have a head to this pimple? Swollen nodes don’t feel like spots. Maybe it’s just a spot or little cyst under your skin. We all can get those regardless of CLL especially in the armpit areas. Put some cream on it and see how things go.
Oh gosh - I used to get some many skin things with CLL including groin absesses right over a lymph node. It could be an ingrown hair that feels like a pimple. So many things. Never be afraid to call the doctor. This is stressful stuff!
I had something that sounds just like what you are describing. Dermatologist (who sees a fair number of CLL folks) was unconcerned. I have been recommended (by the community here in this forum) to see a dermatologist at least yearly. Seems like a good professional to have on your CLL team because of all the various skin issues that are associated with CLL. Now that you have a haemotologist on your team, maybe it’s time to ask for a dermatology consult?
I had similar bumps every few months and I worried it was a lymph node. Turned out to be blocked sweat glands. Switching from an antiperspirant to deodorant resolved it. It's not always the worst possible thing
