Not a CLL thing, just a 63 years ago today bit.
oh I remember. I’m was attending a Catholic school and the priest loved baseball. He broadcast the game into every classroom and we all cheered. We lived in Youngstown Ohio and hated the Yankees.

The title indicates a lighter side. I do believe there are posts on here supporting/sharing happy moments in the midst of living with an unfortunate disease.
Baseball play off time in the US. Enjoyed that, esp to see what pitching was like than vs now. Today's fireballers throw 100mph amidst other pitches like sliders and splitters. That looked like a batting practice pitch. I think I could have hit that slow fat pitch and I'm 77yo!
Anything is possible. I have no doubt you could do it. ⚾Though, all things were equal in fitness and equipment, diet, supplements, etc., at the time period. Things have improved quite a bit to where we are today. We just had two world records for the men's and women's marathon. I give that a big fat WOW!
