I had a repeat MRI on Thursday to check if the two lesions after my TIA’s had disappeared. Good news is they have disappeared and there no sign of infarcts, the bad news, they found a planum memingioma, a benign tumor. Luckily it is very small and they will just monitor it with a yearly MRI, kind of like watch and wait but for my brain. Still doing well on Venetoclax except for low hemoglobin, 9.7 but my light chains are in range for the first time since starting treatment.

That is good news even though one item was startling. Hopefully your Hg will improve as your bone marrow recovers.
Pretty good news overall. W & W on the benign tumor is a good thing. They will just keep an eye on it for you. SMALL is a real good thing!Glad things are looking up. May the rest of your regimen course go smoothly and effectively.
